Madina is currently the Operations Assistant at SY Associates, bringing a unique perspective to the team with a diverse background in healthcare, customer service and a passion to continue learning. These roles helped her develop strong communication, attention to detail and a compassionate approach to client care skills that she continues to apply in her current role.
Currently pursuing a degree in nursing, Madina is committed to expanding their knowledge and skills in health care while also developing professionally in the financial service industry. Outside of work, they enjoy reading, shopping and spending time with their godson & niece.
